Baba Kebab was born in Muscat from a quiet conviction — that the soul of Turkish cooking lives in patience, fire, and family. Our kebabs are hand-shaped each morning, our meze pounded by hand, and our coals are fanned to life before the first guest arrives.

We do not chase trends. We tend a hearth. From Anatolian villages to the Sultanate of Oman, our recipes travel intact — earthy, generous, and unmistakably ours.
